The price depends on the number of persons, as specified in the table below. Cleaning and linen are included in the price. You hire for at least 4 nights. In the cold period we will charge 35.- euro to you for heating.

20% of the rent should be transferred immediately when you make your reservation to bank account 92.33.27.258 of ING (IBAN: NL35 INGB O923 3272 58; BIC: INGBNL2A) in name of D.Steenbergen, Wageningen, the Netherlands. The remainder of the rent, charge for cleaning and use of linen, should be paid cash in Rome.
Cancellation at latest, 2 months before the beginning of your holiday.
You will be admitted in the apartment from 13.00 PM and must leave before 08.00 AM.
