600.- euro per week for 2 persons and 50.- euro per week extra for each additional person.
If the apartment is rented for a few days (at least 7 days) the price is 90.- euro per day for 2 persons and 7,50 euro per day extra for each additional person.
115.- euro bail, which you will receive back on your bank account as soon as possible after your departure if the apartment and furnishing are found to be proper and in order. 45.- euro for cleaning the apartment.
10.- euro p.p.p.w. for use of linen (sheets, pillow-slips, bathing-towels, tea-towels, kitchen-towels, beach-towels).
In the cold period we will charge 30.- euro per week to you for heating.
The total amount of bail + charge for cleaning + use of linen, should be transferred immediately when you make your reservation to bank account 671.172.689 of ING (IBAN: NL60 RABO 0103 2670 18; BIC: RABONL2U) in name of Willy Taroni-Blokzijl, Wageningen, the Netherlands. The remainder (the rent) should be transferred to the same account, at the latest 1 month before the start of your holiday.
Cancellation at latest, 2 months before the beginning of your holiday.
You will be admitted in the apartment on Saturday from 14.00 PM and must leave on Saturday before 08.00 AM.
(Deliberation about these times is possible.)
In case you want to arrive earlier or leave later, we can reserve one or more days at an excellent bed&breakfast for you in Ostia Antica.
