No charge for children younger than 6 years.
You pay the initial payment when you make the reservation, and are obliged to pay the rest of the money as soon as you arrive in Ostia Antica.
You will be admitted in your room from 11.00 AM and must leave before 9.00 AM. (You can deliberate about these times with Gennaro. Apart from Italian he also speaks fluent English.)
The price includes breakfast, every 3 days clean towels, and once a week clean bedding. Extra cleaning (optional) costs 10.00 euro.
There is a living-room, a bed-room and a bath-room.
- The living-room is furnished in Italian style with comfortable easy-chairs, tv etc. There is also a refrigerator and for breakfast a corner with features for coffee and tea.
- The bed-room has a double bed and a large wardrobe. There also is a safe.
- Breakfast is included in the price.
- The bath-room has a bath with shower, wash-stand, toilet and bidet.
- Parking costs 2.50 euro per day.
- Bus 04 to Ostia Lido (seaside place of Rome) near the door.
Moreover, this apartment is located opposite the world-famous excavations of Ostia Antica (more beautiful than Pompeï according to my Italian brother-in-law), 5 minutes by feet to the train/metro. That brings you in 25 minutes to the monuments of Rome, or if you travel 2 stops in the other direction, near the beach.
